[Histonet] Newborn mouse brain

Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix and process newborn mouse
heads/brain? What is the best way to adequately fix and process without
perfusion or removal of the brain first? We would like to stain brain sections
with immunofluorescence and possibly IHC.
