Hello Histoland,
 
One of our pathologist has stated that some facilities have changed their way of reporting Her2 results from 1+, 2+, (grading system) etc. to just stating that the patient is simply positive or negative.  If indeed you are doing this is there any literature that backs this way of reporting up.
