I use now "Weight loss, weight gain" method. It is
easily and quickly for routine surgical purposes.
Need some simple instruments: the scales, pencil,
filter paper... and few seconds for one object.
Earlier I used oxalate test, but it requires
the half an hour (all reagents I prepared by
itself).
