Im looking for the best technique for cutting (microtome), mounting, and staining rat placenta to look at structure.I plan on using an H&E stain, but I'm not sure which one is the best. Most papers state they use a standard H&E stain; but even still there seems to be several types and techniques. Does anyone have any suggestions? -Joe
