[Histonet] TUNEL Apoptosis on Decalcified Tissue

Is anyone out there doing Tunel for apoptosis on decalcified material?  If you are and would be willing to share any modifications you made to the protocol to improve the results?  Thanks in advance - struggling here using a kit!!!  Not Good!
