[Histonet] + slides

Helen,
I've been cutting whiteflies and putting the sections on HistoBond Slides 
from StatLab. Works fine and the lab is even doing in-situ and the little 
whiteflies stay on just fine.
Now,
Would you be able to share some insect processing protocols? How do you get 
by their hard outer surfaces? We are trying to use DMSO but I'm wondering 
if there is any other way???
