How many of you are no longer using paper requisitions? We have been requested to eliminate ours and to order through our IDX system. If anyone does this, would you please share your experience? It seems to me we don't have enough spaces to include the info our pathologists need, but I may have blinders on. I'd appreciate your experience and how it has worked for you. 
 
We seem to have a hard time getting paper requisitions completed, not sure how going paperless could work!
