[Histonet] Lymph Node Frozen Sections

I cut lymph nodes at -12 to -14 degrees. Much colder than that and they will
crack.  This works well for both fresh frozen and formalin-fixed tissue.
You can't use an alcoholic fixative prior to frozen sectioning unless you
make sure you wash out ALL the fixative before freezing. Even a small
concentration of alcohol in the tissue will act as antifreeze, and the
tissue will be too soft to section.
