[Histonet] Re: Immunofluorescence for rat kidney

Just wondering if anyone could provide me with an
immunofluorescence protocol for tissue. Am trying to
localise NHE3 in the rat kidney.  Don't know whether the
protocol I'm using is appropriate so just wanted to check if
anyone knew of anything specific to kidney?
Would be extremely grateful for any help at all.
