In my opinion, for an IHC protocol to be of value it must be flexible and I
should be able to manipulate it manually, if it can only be used as is with
a certain instrument, it is not for me.

Biocare has a universal detection system that works great and we do it by
hand....

I am posting this request for a colleague.  They are interested in doing
H. pylori immuno stains but will not be using an automated stainer.
Does anyone have a suggestion about which detection kits and antibody
they could use for manual staining?  Thanks in advance for your help.
