Hi Susan,

I use goat primaries on mouse and human tissue routinely with 
consistent and acceptable results.

I use Jackson's anti-goat secondaries for detection. I choose the 
Donkey anti-Goat IgG "ML" secondaries to reduce species cross 
reactivity. Works well.
