Dear Marilyn:

My laboratory performs IHC staining for Clostridium sp. in
formalin-fixed tissue using a polyclonal antibody from ViroStat in
Portland, ME. I am not aware of a monoclonal antibody to C.
haemolyticum.  However, I would contact Douglas McAllister at ViroStat;
he is very knowledgeable in this area.

Hi Histonetters,
Sure hope someone out there can help me with this one!
We are developing a project with our Parasitology Lab to demonstrate
this bacterium, hopefully using a monoclonal primary antisera.
Please include the source of reagents and staining procedure.
Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
