[Histonet] In situ hybridization to y-chromosome

[Lab. Invest. Histol.]

Has anyone had experience with in situ hybridization to genomic DNA
(y-chromosome) in paraffin-embedded sections of formol-fixed tissue
material??

Any help (including protocols) would be greatly appreciated.
