In addition to Trichrome, which antibodies would be best to detect collagen content in sub cutaneous xenografts for double immunostaining? Since there are Types I-IV, I wasn't sure which, if any, would be best. (Excluding mouse monoclonals, please) Thanks in advance, Melissa
