[Histonet] STAFF EVALUATIONS

I created a competency test for every section of my lab, routine, special 
stains, immuno, sucking up to the manager, etc. the scores are reflected on 
their annual evals. This way, the evals are not strictly subjective. It's 
not perfect, but it helps.
