   This  would  all  depend on which version of Tamtron you have.  I know
   that  on the upgrade, there is an advance search that you can utilize,
   not  only by keyword, but also by doctor, like for instance if you are
   looking  for  a  lymphoma  control,  you  could  look up cases by your
   hempath dr, as well as by key word lymph node, to narrow the search..
