Rosemary:
I used FS sections of positive skin cases kept at -80ºC until needed. I kept renewing the controls with new cases when the controls were all used.

skin biopsies only. What internal controls are other people using for
their skin bxs?. Also, has anyone found a source for a positive sausage
control for DIF? What are other people using for their positive
controls? Thanks for the help. Rosemary
