[Histonet] Xylene exposure

Three in my staff confronted that situation (not simultaneously!!) and I tried to rotate each to tasks with much less exposure. On the other hand our monitoring system always came as "0" (13 ppm / hour) which is approximately 9% for xylene STEL and 13% for xylene TWA exposure limits.
I always found that reasignment of tasks is the best solution but it requires a strongly implemented crosstraining program.
Hope this will help!

What special precautions, if any, does your facility
make for pregnant employees whose job duties involve
the use of, or exposure to xylene?
