If it works it will expedite your TAT and I would certainly recommend that approach, just one thing though: you cannot equate a 2:1 increased concentration with a 16:1 reduction of incubation time + a 6:1 fold increase of temperature.
You should make several tests to find out the correct new dilution factor that will allow you to change the incubation time and temperature to what you desire.
