[Histonet] Ki67 on mouse kidney tissue

For me, Labvision's SP6 Ki67 worked very well on unfixed, snap-frozen
sections of mouse skeletal muscle. Fixing sections in 10% formalin in PBS,
for 10mins, prior to immunostaining gave good reproducible results; much
better than methanol:acetone 1:1.
It also works well on perfuse-fixed snap-frozen, cryostat sections.
It works well on pwax for me, also.
NB: The BD-Pharmingen mouse monoclonal Ki67 is equally good; also, I can
dilute it by a factor of x1000, rather than x100 for the Labvision Ab.
