I work in a research setting and am not familiar with Powerpath. I have
used filemaker Pro to create my own database program to accession and track
tissue. My program allows me to associate pictures and histopath reports
with accession numbers. It is a very user friendly and flexible program
that can probably fit your needs. It is also very easy to modify so you
could start very simple and become more sophisticated as you become more
comfortable with the software. It is a few hundred dollars to purchase.
