They should not but if you are diluting concentrated Abs you should remember to add Tween 20 to assure even distribution.

Another IHC question. We use the Dako Autostainer Plus and occassionaly have areas on the slides that don't seem to stain. We are careful not to let the slides dry out. Do Autostainers have a problem distributing reagents evenly?
