[Histonet] IHC with p27?

We used to use mo-a-Kip1/p27, clone 57, at approx. 1 ug Ig/ml after HIER in 
pressure cooker, citrate. As this was several years ago, we did not test 
HIER with high pH buffers. Hope this helps.
