[Histonet] substrates

We  use Giemsa as a counter stain on  tissue with internal  melanin 
pigment.  The Giemsa turns the melanin a dark blue green, which allows 
you to distinguish the brown DAB staining  from the internal melanin 
pigment.  This might be an idea.
