[Histonet] Anti-Fas Ligand antibody

   Hi everyone,
   Does  anyone  have any experience with Anti-Fas Ligand (IgG polyclonal
   rabbit)  antibody  and  can recommend a HIER method to use on paraffin
   sections?  I  have a protocol to test but it merely suggests HIER will
   be  necessary  and  gives no indication how severe this should be. Any
   help would be appreciated before I start 'playing' with the protocol.
