[Histonet] Her2 FISH with or without CEP

Hi histonetters,
I have a question about the sense of using centromer-probes in the
Her2-test. 
One opinion says, that a testsystem without centromer-probe, to recognise a
polysomie, is not seriously. Only the real amplifications should be treated
with herceptin, because the others don't respond to it. The harsh medication
could even make more harms.
The other opinion says. The number of polysomies under the Her3+ cases is
too little to worry about.

What do you think about it?
