[Histonet] Computer software to decrease background staining in Immunoflouresence staining

If you improve the quality of your immunostaining you won't need to do 
it with at computer. Removing/reducing  background with a computer 
program could be considered fraud. Most journals can detect such 
manipulations and will reject your work on that basis alone.
