Maybe a new CSI series, i.e. CSI-Los Angeles where he can section by the 
light of a mini-flashlight in a darkened room.

Or maybe we can call him "The Orange County Chopper" so he can ride to work 
on a custom motorcycle aka "chopper" and section i.e. "chop", er, I mean 
section those blocks.  He said he has expertise, so I doubt the "c" word 
applies.
