Hi Histonetters, Flt-1 and Flk-1: Is anybody successfull with ihc-staining of these two antibodies (human tissue)? I use the Ventana benchmark XT (CC1 mild, 1:40, 40 min). Untill now I've got nuclear staining instead of cytoplasmic in placenta. Any hints are appreciated. Gudrun Lang
