We use a known postive control and run a system negative (no primary) with
each new lot of primary that is received. We only run it one time maybe at
the dilution for the old lot then slightly higher and slightly lower
dilution with the already known pretreatment. Slides are then reviewed and
the acceptable dilution for the new lot is recorded on an "Antibody
Titration Log Sheet" signed off on by the pathologist or researcher to whom
the work is being provided for. Hope this helps out...
