Hello, will someone please give me pointers on obtaining good 50u sections of PFA drop fixed and/or immersion fixed coronal paraffin sections of mouse brain? As I section they tend to roll up in tight rolls. I've tried sectioning at room temp. vs. chilled sections. Any assistance provided will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Atoska
