I assume you mean Von Villibrand factor?
If so, I get good results on pwax sections of rat, using Chemicon's AB7356, 
after HIER.
 Please check here  http://www.immunoportal.com/index.php
 and hit the image gallery link on the left...then type in "von" into the 
search box and hit "enter" on your keyboard.
