Hi, I am looking for a good protocol for extracting nuclei from paraffin slides. The nuclei suspension should serve for FISH-testing on lymphoma-material. Perhaps someone could share his/her protocol with me. Thanks in advance Gudrun Lang Histologie Linz, Austria
