  The answer is in your question: chlorine is the culprit!
  You can decolorize ANY stain with chlorine. You will have to eliminate the chlorine and one of the most effective ways is to heat the water.

Coverslip in Entellin(?spelling) and glass coverslip. Seems to fade in
small bx like prostatic needle bx than larger blocks. Any suggestion why
it happens??
