We resorted to making our own Her2 control with multiple degrees of
staining. It can be a pain to develop a batch, but once we have identified
the tissues, we make up 4-5 blocks that last us awhile.

Has anyone found a commercial control for Her2/Neu that includes 1+, 2+, and

3+ tissue all on one slide?  Dako will not sell theirs separately, and 
CellMarque has only 3+ on their control slides.
