I believe Abbot labs have such a probe.

Dear Histos,
We are going to be doing FISH studies of tissue from female subjects who
received cord blood transplants from male donors. I am beginning to research
y-chromosome probes which will be used to detect the amount of the donor
cells which have engrafted into the female receipient tissue.
I am looking for recommendations as to a good Y-chromosome DNA probe and the
vendor that manufactures it. If you have a great procedure for FISH
concerning the same, I would be very grateful to hear from you!
Many thanks for any advice you can give concerning this topic.
