[Histonet] Large vessel endothelium problem

Hello!

I need to do some immunostaining of large vessel endothelium 
(paraformaldehyde-fixed paraffin material).
The problem is, the endothelium is easily stripped off and lost, 
apparently in early steps of sample processing.
Any tips how to keep the stuff intact?
