[Histonet] CK5/6 - nuclear staining

Hi Richard,

The only time I have observed "nuclear" immunoreactivity with CK5/6 was in a 
poorly fixed specimen.
When the aggressive HIER (pressure cooker) was replaced by more gentle 
steaming, the reaction disappeared.
This type of artifactual reaction can even rear it's ugly head in well fixed 
tissues with some antibodies.
