I love that show, especially when he is rude to everyone and never has to apologize! One day I must sit down with a calculator and figure out how large the bill is for one of his patients. Let me see: four doctors for one patient, numerous exotic tests (sometimes even a transplant "rushed through" the committee), house calls to patients homes, etc. Then there is that glass fronted office....
Strangly though many of the medical predicaments Dr House and his staff face really do exist. That show must have good writers.
