I have used histogel and for cell culture cells I always processed by
hand 15 minutes per step.

Subject: [Histonet] histogel processing
I just got a sample of histogel and will be using it to FFPE cultured
and stem cell bodies. Anyone have any suggestions as to the lenght of
processing.
Thanks,
Steve
