[Histonet] Image disclaimer

Hi All,

Is anyone out there using a disclaimer on reports with images that they
would share with me?  (such as: "Images in this report are for illustrative
purposes only and are not meant to be diagnostic")  If you use a disclaimer,
who wrote it?  Someone in pathology or the hospital's or lab's  legal
department?
