Just to let everyone know:
   
  There is finally a company out there that sharpens microtome knifes (both stainless steel & tungsten)  and manufactures plastic microwave accessories at a low price. I send all our knifes to them and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I receive, along with the pricing.  Also, they have made a number of accessories for us and I have nothing but good words to say about them.  The accessory's work well and with no problem.  The best thing about them is the company offers a warranty with each accessory.
