[Histonet] Cutting fibers

I received a request from one of my pathologists.  He will be giving me a block of tissue with an unknown fiber embedded in the tissue.  He wants me to section the tissue retaining the fibers as much as possible so he can tell what the fibers are.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
