[Histonet] Frequency of alcohol/xylene/paraffin replacement in tissue processor

Dear histonetters
        I'm new to the Shandon Citadel Tissue Processor and was wondering 
about the frequency at which I should replace the alcohols, xylene and 
paraffin...  Is this based on volume of use, length of time or (likely) 
both....
