[Histonet] Confocal systems - who's the best?

Hi All,

We are looking to purchase a confocal microscope for inverted 
microscopy with attachments for live-cell imaging.

Can everyone please give me a run down of the pluses and minuses of 
various systems and companies (Nikon, Olympus, Zeiss, Leica) and 
overall what we need to look for. Which is the best company????
