The question asks, "Are appropriate positive and negative controls performed with each case tested using immunofluorescence?" Sometimes positive controls not abundant and since we are working with only frozen tissue, does anyone have any helpful ideas? Other than past positive cases, is there any other positive tissue that we could use for IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, Fibrinogen, properdin and/or C4?
