Hi -----does anyone out there have a method of staining fat pad aspiration
smears for amyloid a and p that consistently works---I have no problem on
formalin fixed blocks but the smears don't always survive the retrieval or
digestion employed.  I usually formalin fix all my cytology specimens and
they survive the same processing that formalin fixed blocks do.  Thanks for
