[Histonet] Regulations in Kentucky

I'm doing a research project for one of our residents at the University of 
South Florida and am looking for the rules and regulation for that state. Unlike 
Florida's web site, the state of Kentucky does not list on their government 
page anything about medical quality assurance.

If anyone on the list works in Kentucky and knows where to find the 
regulations pertaining to their state, I would sure appreciate the info.
