[Histonet] cassette labeler

Have any of you had experience with the Thermo Electron Carousel Microwriter cassette labeler?  Our lab has had one for about a month now and the PA's are having issues with the cassettes.  They seem to close with some difficulty.  We had a couple that didn't get closed completely and tissue floated out.  Have any of you had problems and how did you resolve them?  Thanks for your help.
