I was on eBAY and saw 5 used, working they say, "FISHER SCIENTIFIC MAGNETIC 
STIRRER".
They look in great shape.
There are two models.
3 units - Model #11-500-7S, ceramic top, 120 vac,18W, 50/60 Hz, 0.3 amps(Red 
color)
2 units - Model # 11-500-16S,ceramic top, 120 vac, 60 Hz, 0.4 amps(Light 
gray or white color)
You can find them in.... eBay Stores/Reliable Tool Store, then type in 
fisher scientific.
